After the success of Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) & Nearbuy.com, Sumeet Kapur, along with Anchal Kapur and Ankur Bhatia, founded Wellcure in December 2018.
Anchal Kapur (Co-Founder, Wellcure) was suffering from Ulcerative Colitis. Doctors declared it as a ‘severe condition’, prescribed her heavy doses of medicines for life, stating that it will lead to infertility.
She refused to give up, and decided to look for a cure in nature. She learned the science of Natural Healing, applied it on herself, and got completely cured of the ‘incurable’ disease (as per medical experts). She became a part of the community which relies on body’s self-healing powers, has a stronger immune system, lives a disease-free & medicine-free life, has better vitality, energy levels, mental health, and toxin-free bodies.
But, they were only a minute fraction of the world’s population. That’s when Anchal & Sumeet Kapur incepted the idea of creating a platform to promote natural healing and make it accessible to all.
Wellcure envisions to transform the health map of India by making natural health mainstream and day-to-day experience for everyone. We want to encourage, support and inspire people to take charge of their health.
Our mission is to build India’s largest natural health community. Our motto is ‘Learn, connect, simplify your health naturally’. Wellcure has touched approximately 100,000 lives since inception and aspires to reach 1 million people by next year.

Sumeet worked with the corporate sector for 9 years before starting his first venture in the digital education sector. Thereafter he set up Groupon India operations as CFO. He then set up and grew Nearbuy.com for 3 years as Cofounder and CFO. He is also co-founder of Inflection Point Ventures– an angel investing group of over 400 CXOs. Sumeet is passionate about solving daily life problems. With Wellcure, his aim is to give people a platform where they can try healing themselves with nature cure concepts before they take any external medicinal help. a CA by qualification, He is leading the company overseeing entire finance, marketing, and technology verticals.
Anchal has worked with corporate houses like Bharti and Dabur group, handling acquisitions, private equity investments, JVs, etc for a decade. She is a management graduate in Finance and a practicing Health Coach. She is driving the entire content portfolio of Wellcure, Ask the experts section, Wellcure’s guided programs, one-on-one coaching and corporate programs.
Ankur is a certified Yoga Instructor from Bihar School of Yoga and practicing health coach, having education from IMANAH on the science of nature cure. He has over 18 years of experience in the corporate sector and has worked with Austrade (Australian Government International business development agency), HSBC and Standard Chartered bank. He is a management graduate from Delhi University with EPGDIB from IIFT. He is an expert health cook and coach. He lives with a dream of enabling a healthy society. He takes this up as a is a personal responsibility. His mission at Wellcure is to develop products to fulfill this dream. At Wellcure he is leading the E-Learning and Health Coaching verticals.
