Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refund requests for the Wellcure Plan. By subscribing to any Wellcure membership plan, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions described below.
Members may request cancellation of their Member Account within 15-30 days from the date of subscription for 100% refund. If the Member Account is cancelled by you, or if it is suspended or terminated by Wellcure within this 15-30 days period, you may be eligible for a refund of the license or subscription fees as per the schedule below.
Eligibility Window for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only when the cancellation request is made within 15-30 days for 100% refund
Cancellations made after 15 days of subscription are as per refund policy.
Refund Structure
Refunds will be issued according to the time of cancellation from the original subscription date:
a) Refund Request within 15-30 Days
Eligible for: 100% refund of the program or subscription fees
After deduction of applicable processing fees
b) Refund Request within 6-14 Days
Eligible for: 50% refund of the program or subscription fees
After deduction of applicable processing fees
c) Refund Request within 1-5 Days
Eligible for: 25% refund of the program or subscription fees
After deduction of applicable processing fees
Processing Fee Deduction
All eligible refunds will be adjusted after deducting a processing fee, which covers taxes, administrative charges, and payment gateway/bank fees as per the geo-location of the payment.
This fee will be deducted from the refund amount before the final payout.
Mode and Timeline of Refund
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used during the original subscription (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or international payment mode).
The refund will be initiated within 15 days from the date of cancellation approval.
Actual credit into your bank or payment account may vary depending on bank processing timelines.
Non-Refundable Conditions
A Member will not be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Failure to provide necessary information or documents required for processing the refund.
Any violation of the Terms of Use or misuse of the Wellcure services leading to account suspension.
